Graft quiz
How the quiz works, and what it doesn't tell you.
The 4-question quiz on our homepage gives a rough starting estimate, not a personal assessment. Here's exactly what it's based on.

What the quiz is based on
- Graft ranges per Norwood stage are the same ranges cited across our technique guides, not a measurement of your scalp.
- The recommended technique reflects a general pattern (hairline precision vs. broad coverage), not an assessment of your case.
- The hair type question adds a short directional note only. It doesn't change the graft numbers.
What it can't account for
A quiz can only work from what you tell it. These are the things that actually determine a graft count and only show up in a proper assessment.
- Actual donor density and scalp laxity, which only an in-person or photo-based assessment can measure.
- Scarring or thinning from a previous transplant.
- How realistic full coverage actually is for advanced Norwood 6 or 7 cases, where donor supply is limited relative to the area involved.
- Your specific hairline shape or facial proportions, which a proper surgical plan accounts for individually.
Where the price range comes from
The Istanbul price shown with your result is the same dated snapshot used on our cost page reflecting typical technique-based pricing across the market, not a personal quote. Actual cost still depends on your graft count, technique, and clinic, assessed individually.
What to do with your result
Treat it as a starting point: read the technique guide the quiz points you to, see how surgical planning actually works, or send a specific question if you want it read by our medical reviewer.
